Well, I lost it today and if our district wasn't on Spring Break I would have driven my oldest three to the local school and throw money at them and tell them to buy their lunch. I will admit I wasn't the best teacher this morning and so I walked out and calmed down. What happened was I gave the kids five assignments and they didn't do them. They didn't even start them. I was not very happy.

We did the spelling test (of course they didn't study), we did our math worksheet (it wasn't assigned), we talked about the next chapter in science (we are classifying living organisms), the kids had piano lessons and then we had lunch. I took Jason to violin lessons and when we got home we watched a documentary on The Underground Railroad.

For starting off on the wrong foot we didn't do so bad.
