3-23-06

I started the day off in therapy and came home to kids still not ready for the day. Oh, how irksome! I still don't get it, all my kids can tell time on any kind of clock, and they know they need to be ready for school by 9 even if I'm not here.

I had a LDS-NHA meeting at 9:30, so I got the kids going on some work before the meeting started. That lasted just a few minutes before they were off doing their own thing. Oh, well. I did try and tonight the rubber will hit the road. I just finished in time to run an errand and then off to therapy. I got home and we did a little bit on Slavery. I introduced our read aloud book, "Uncle Tom's Cabin."

While I was finishing up a few things around the house the kids watched another documentary on The Alamo.

I went to book club because I crave women folk conversation.
