3-22-06

Wednesday mornings is when I go to my Women's Study Group and then rush home to take the little children to their movement class. Today was no different.

But today we didn't have cub scouts. But I really wished that I could have used that time to school, but instead I had to talk with contractors who are going to fix our house's leak. By the time they had left and I had gathered my children together I knew any sit down teaching would be futile. So we watched a History Channel documentary that had just comes in the mail (we use family pass and netflix). It was about The Alamo, which was last unit, but I have found that units never end, you just don't check out every library book on the subject. It was a very fascinating documentary and I can't wait to see the bonus material. We didn't have time to check that out as we had a pinewood derby to go set up for. This time it was for my boys.

We spent the night at the church running the PWD and having a blast.

I know tomorrow won't be much better as I have a meeting in the morning and one in the evening as well. I hope the kids have their assignments done so tomorrow is a good day.

Doreen
