I always start off with "Today we…." so I'm going to try not to start that way today, but I'm having a hard time finding different words to start the daily blog. So……
After we woke up we got our day started by doing our spelling test. We then did our science test (I need to do a better job teaching this stuff). Math review was next. I gave the kids a weekend worth of assignments; slavery oral report, rewriting the end of Goldilock's and the Three Bears, grammar lessons and I'm sure there are a few more that I can't remember right now.
We went up for lunch and I read the next chapter in Uncle Tom's Cabin. After I finished we watched the next episode of our slavery documentary.
The kids then went out to play.
