Where are you HA?

Who knows what week we are on.

Where have we been you ask? Well, we have been so busy that I can't even update this blog. In fact I'm thinking of ending it because it is a hassle and it really isn't what I thought I would have it be. Of course that is all MY fault.

It was so hard to keep this up, coach soccer and do all the mom things I have to do that I let this blog (and the rest) go.

So to catch you up….

We finished the Civil War and moved on to Westward Movement. We have decided to break Westward Movement up into bite size units. We have already done Cowboys and are in the middle of The Oregon Trail.

We have switched spelling programs yet again. We are trying the AVKO program and so far we are doing GREAT!

We have also switched grammar programs and are using American Standard Grammar. The jury is still out, but so far I'm liking it. I’m also supplementing it with "Grammar for Dummies." Don't laugh, it is working. I think I understand all this crazy stuff that was so far over my head.

We have also switched math programs. We went from Saxon to Math-U-See. So far I think I like this program, but again the jury is still out.

So…there you have it. You are now caught up.
